Moorhead man pleads guilty in federal court to child porn charges
The case came to light when a cell phone Muscha lost at a Fargodome concert last September was turned in to a Sprint retailer in Fargo. The store found child pornography on the phone involving a 6-year-old child, according to a statement released Tuesday by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Fargo.
Investigators found additional videos on the phone involving two other children under the age of 4, the statement said.
Muscha is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 29.
Each count of sexual exploitation of minors carries a minimum mandatory penalty of 15 years in prison and a maximum penalty of 30 years.
Each count of possessing child pornography carries a potential maximum of 10 years in prison.
