Fargo North, Teschendorf secure East Region first-round win

FARGO – Max Teschendorf hit a go-ahead RBI double in the sixth inning to propel Fargo North to a 4-2 victory against Grand Forks Red River during the North Dakota East Region baseball tournament’s first round on Thursday.

Teschendorf scored two runs for the Spartans, while Ian Schultz went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases.

Lincoln Voss threw six scoreless innings while striking out 12 and went

2-for-4 from the plate to pace Fargo Shanley to a victory.
