Tuesday Tip: Creamer bottles make convenient containers

FARGO – I love coffee, but I don’t drink it black. I’ve tried, but I just can’t do it.

So I go through a lot of creamer, usually Coffee Mate, with the red tops. Any flavor will do.

Bottle after bottle of French Vanilla and Hazelnut end up in the trash.

Well, instead of chucking them, maybe I should be reusing them.

Clean creamer bottles make great containers for all kinds of household purposes.

Their size and shape, plus a pour spout with a lid that snaps into place, make them perfect receptacles for snacks on the go like Goldfish Crackers, M&M’s or trail mix.

They can also be convenient dispensers for sugar, homemade salad dressing, pancake or waffle batter, or cat or dog food while traveling.

And if you don’t want to put stuff in them, dress ’em up. Creamer bottles make cute bunnies or snowmen.
