Robbie James Bellanger, 42, Mahnomen, Minn., theft, $210 fees, one year jail, concurrent with other count.

Lindsey Murae Brink, 27, Moorhead, financial transaction card fraud and fifth degree possession of drugs, $345 fines and fees with $75 waived, $547 restitution, 18 days jail, supervised probation for five years, stay of imposition ordered.

Aaron Wayne Downing, 28, Bayport, Minn., third-degree criminal sexual conduct, $210 fines and fees with $75 waived, 117 months prison.

Jon Teray Gapp, 43, Moorhead, domestic assault by strangulation and theft, $1,285 fines and fees with $75 waived, $389 restitution, 275 days jail, 21 months prison stayed for three years, supervised probation for three years, concurrent with both counts.

Alind Imad Imad, 19, Moorhead, first-degree aggravated robbery, $135 fines and fees, $242 restitution, 20 months and 15 days prison.

Lemuel Jeoozie Johnson-Radcliffe, 24, Moorhead, domestic assault, $1,160 fines and fees with $75 waived, 90 days jail, 21 months prison stayed for five years, supervised probation for five years.
