Rose helps Cobbers earn split in MIAC baseball twinbill

MOORHEAD – Concordia scored four runs in the bottom of the fourth inning en route to a 5-2 victory over Bethel in second game of a Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference baseball doubleheader on Monday.

Starting pitcher Mike Rose tossed a complete game for the Cobbers (14-12, 7-7 MIAC), allowing two unearned runs on five hits with three strikeouts.

The Royals (22-13, 9-9) won the first game 2-0 behind a complete-game shutout from starting pitcher Sean Glenn.
