Lind: Yet another way to enjoy lefse
It comes from Eugene Lee, formerly of Fargo and Moorhead and now of Dallas.
It’s a hot dog, complete with ketchup and mustard, on a slice of lefse.
Gene terms it “another lefse abomination.”

And here’s a note from Carmen Kutzer, Fargo, who writes, “I have been reading with interest about all the different toppings people have for lefse and feel compelled to add one more: Lefse is so delicious it doesn’t need a topping!
“I eat mine plain with nothing on it!
“Although my name does not seem to indicate a Scandinavian heritage,” Carmen adds, “my mother was 100 percent Norwegian!”
