Fargo man pleads guilty in stabbing outside downtown barFARGO – A Fargo man has pleaded guilty to stabbing another man last August outside a downtown bar here.
Andrew Kyle Gregerson, 26, pleaded guilty in Cass County District Court on Friday to one count of Class C felony aggravated assault in an Aug. 26 attack on a 23-year-old man in front of the Bismarck Tavern at 522 Broadway.
The victim in the case was able to walk to nearby Sanford Medical Center.
Cass County prosecutor Renata Selzer said Gregerson is sentenced to serve three years in prison, with four years of supervised probation after his release.
A felony drug paraphernalia possession charge against him was dismissed as part of the plea deal, as was a felony terrorizing charge from an unrelated incident.
