Cramer makes staff changes in WashingtonWASHINGTON – Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., has announced several staff changes in his office in Washington.
Legislative director Mark Gruman has been promoted to chief of staff, continuing his role as legal counsel; legislative assistant Chris Marohl has been promoted to legislative director; and legislative correspondent Matt Becker was named communications director.
State director Lisa Gibbens will remain in her role as head of Cramer’s North Dakota staff.
Gruman served as legal counsel at the North Dakota Public Service Commission. A native of Hannaford, N.D., he earned mechanical engineering and juris doctorate degrees from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
Marohl is from Bismarck and worked at the Public Service Commission as a public utility analyst before joining Cramer’s office. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from North Dakota State University.
Becker was Cramer’s campaign manager during the 2012 election. He is originally from Bismarck and he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary.
