NDHSCA honors three with special recognitionFARGO – Greg Selbo of Fargo, Kim Anderson of Dickinson and Brenda Schell of Valley City have received special recognition awards from the North Dakota High School Coaches Association.
Selbo, an attorney in Fargo, serves on the National Federation of High Schools national swimming and diving rules committee. He has been a contributor to the North Dakota swimming officials rules manual.
Anderson has been a basketball and football official for 41 years, officiating in 39 state basketball tournaments and 10 state football championships. Now retired, he was inducted into the North Dakota Officials Association Hall of Fame this spring.
Schell began her career at the North Dakota High School Activities Association in 2007 as the technology specialist. She has been a key advocate for high school tennis coaches.
The three recipients will be recognized at the NDHSCA Hall of Fame and Awards banquet July 25 in Mandan.
