Letter: Volunteerism is not slave labor

A couple of definitions for the benefit of Ed Schultz:

Slave labor: Persons, especially a large group, performing labor under duress or threats, as prisoners in a concentration camp.

Volunteerism: The policy or practice of volunteering one’s time or talents for charitable, educational or other worthwhile activities, especially in one’s community.

Hopefully this will help Schultz see the difference.
