Cass County Electric restores power to 800 members in south FargoFARGO – Electricity has been restored to about 800 Cass County Electric Co-op members who lost power this morning in south Fargo.
An underground equipment failure caused the outage, which affected mostly apartments in an area near West Acres mall, according to co-op spokeswoman Carrie Carney, who announced that the power was back on at about 6:45 a.m.
This morning’s outage followed a separate outage Sunday night that affected 527 co-op members in Fargo’s Greenfields, Meadow Creek and Oak Creek developments.
Power was restored to most of those members by 11:30 p.m.
