Three people charged in Cass drug caseFARGO – Three people are charged in Cass County District Court after police say they found six types of illegal and prescription drugs, a stun gun, a pistol and more than $5,000 cash at a home near North Dakota State University.
Jerilyn Caryl Woolley is facing nine different counts in Cass County District Court related to the search warrant executed March 26 at the home at 913 3rd Ave. N., including one count of possession with intent to distribute or manufacture methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, a Class AA felony.
She’s also charged with possessing fentanyl (an oxycodone derivative), oxycodone, hydromorphone, morphine and methyl-phenidate (another oxycodone derivative) near a school, which are Class B and Class C felonies, and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, which are Class A and Class B misdemeanors.
Two others at the home when it was searched, Robin Duane Olson, of Wheatland, N.D., and William John Russ, of Fargo, are also facing charges of drug possession in the case.
Russ is also facing one count of carrying a concealed firearm, a misdemeanor.
