Toninato breaks record as Force clinch playoff berth

DES MOINES, Iowa – Dominic Toninato picked up two assists to become the all-time leading scorer in Fargo Force history during a 5-4 shootout victory over Des Moines in United States Hockey League action Friday.

The Force (36-16-7) clinched a playoff berth with the victory.

Fargo’s Brendan Harms scored the only goal of the shootout as Cameron Johnson turned away three shots.
