Thursday review: Light spray-on moisturizer saves skin, time
I moisturize my face twice daily and my hands several times throughout the day but neglect the rest.
My legs get a slathering of lotion after I shave at night, but then I have to wait a few minutes for it to absorb before I can pull on my fuzzy pajama pants.
On days I work out with my personal trainer, I usually have 10 minutes to change. It’s not until I’m headed out the door that I realize the damage the cold winter air’s done to my legs.
Thanks to a friend’s recent Facebook post, I found the solution to dry skin and ashy-looking tattoos exposed by capri-length yoga pants: Vaseline’s Spray & Go Moisturizer.
The 6.5-ounce can covers your arms, legs and body with a light mist that does just as good a job of replenishing the skin without the mess.
After spraying the moisturizer on your skin, you do have to rub it in, but you can do it quickly and your hands won’t feel sticky or greasy afterward.
I tried the Cocoa Radiant with cocoa butter, but it also comes in Aloe Fresh and Total Moisture with oat extract. I plan to buy another can to throw in my gym bag.
With the help of Vaseline Spray & Go, I have successfully changed my sinful skin-care ways.
