Horse wellness clinic Sunday at NDSUFARGO – The fifth annual Equine Wellness Clinic featuring health services for horses starts at 9 a.m. Sunday at the North Dakota State University Equine Center, 5140 19th Ave. N.
The event was rescheduled from March 16.
One of the event’s organizers, Carol Van Den Einde, said services include teeth specialists, farrier services and shots and coggins tests.
The day’s activities include a barrel racing clinic from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and pet portraits from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There also will be concessions available.
Twenty-five percent of the proceeds from wellness services and 100 percent of the proceeds from farrier services and the barrel racing clinic will go to the Essentia Health Cancer Center of Fargo.
