Also, North Dakota plows are scheduled to be pulled at 7 p.m. tonight in rural areas of Fargo, Devils Lake, Grand Forks, Valley City and Jamestown.
Minnesota roadways that were reopened at 5 p.m. this evening included:
* Interstate 94 between Moorhead and Alexandria
* Highway 10 between Moorhead and Audubon

Although the roads will be open to travel, officials are still listing the roads as “travel not advised” in the Alexandria, Breckenridge, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, Mahnomen, and Moorhead areas.
Driving conditions remain very difficult due to low visibility, high winds and ground drifting. Also, roadways are ice-covered in many places.
