Chamber members urged to take actionFARGO – The Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber is asking business leaders to take a stand against legislative proposals chamber officials say will threaten funding for flood protection.
Chamber members are asked to go online to fmw
fadvocacy.com and click on “Take Action” to directly email the appropriate legislators.
A Senate appropriations subcommittee will meet next week to discuss the budget bill that would limit how state flood protection funds could be spent on the Fargo-Moorhead diversion project.
To ensure the committee receives the feedback, members are asked to take action by 5 p.m. Monday.
