Trade Talk: TMI Hospitality projects near completion

Three building projects in south Fargo connected to TMI Hospitality are coming along and all are expected to be complete by this spring or early summer.

The company’s new corporate headquarters at 4850 32nd Ave. S. in the Brandt Crossing development is expected to be ready for occupancy by early June.

The three-story structure will have room for about 220 team members, which is enough space to accommodate current staff and future workers needed to support the company’s expected growth.

TMI Hospitality will lease the structure, which is being built by PACES Lodging.

In addition, a 92-room Residence Inn is scheduled to open in May at 4335 23rd Ave. S. and an 82-room Comfort Suites, at 4417 23rd Ave. S. is expected to open in June

The two hotels are among six that TMI Hospitality will be opening around the country this year.
