Bismarck woman accused of burning son with cigarette pleads not guilty

BISMARCK — A Bismarck woman accused of burning her 31-year-old disabled son with a cigarette has pleaded not guilty to a felony charge.

Joyce Osterlund, 61, is charged with endangerment of a vulnerable adult. She pleaded not guilty Monday in Burleigh County Court.
