Oak Ridge Boys, Hiatt, others add Fargo showsFARGO – Fargo-based promoter Jade Presents announced on Thursday a string of upcoming shows around town.
Country and gospel singing group The Oak Ridge Boys play an 8 p.m. show at the Fargo Theatre on May 14. The vocal group scored hits “Elvira,” “Bobbie Sue” and “American Made,” among others. Tickets are $52 and go on sale at noon on March 15.
John Hiatt & The Combo plays an 8 p.m. show at the Fargo Theatre on July 31 with Holly Williams opening. The singer/songwriter is known for the tunes “Have a Little Faith in Me,” “Thing Called Love,” “Riding with the King” and “Cry Love.” Tickets are $29.50 and $39.50 and go on sale at noon on March 15.
Rapid-fire rapper Machine Gun Kelly plays a 7 p.m. show at The Venue at The Hub on April 13. In 2011, he was named the Hottest Breakthrough MC by MTV. His debut album, “Lace Up,” was released on Oct. 9, 2012. The album features guest appearances from DMX, Lil Jon, Tech N9ne, Twista, Young Jeezy and Avenged Sevenfold. Tickets are $24 in advance, $26 the day of show and go on sale at noon on March 15.
A pair of Aquarium shows were also announced with hip-hop acts Toki Wright, Carnage the Executioner, Kristoff Krane and D Mills and the Thrills playing a 9:30 p.m. ID-only show on April 19. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 the day of the show.
Country rock act The Pines play a 9 p.m. show on April 11. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 the day of the show.
