Foundation awards grants to Fargo schoolsFARGO – The Fargo Public Schools Development Foundation has awarded $12,120 in mini-grants to nine Fargo schools.
The grants were awarded for educational projects that exhibited innovative teaching and learning techniques and directly engaged students with both short-term and long-term impact.
The foundation is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to provide Fargo Public School teachers and students with enriched and enhanced learning opportunities. Funding for grants comes from annual donations and investment income from established endowments.
