Hesby earns Pilates instructor license

Pat Hesby of Elements Fitness for Women, Fargo, has earned her license as a Pilates for bone health instructor from Incorporating Movement of New York.

Hesby is a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, Pilates trainer and group exercise instructor. She has been an instructor in the fitness industry for more than 25 years.

Evenstad certified as behavior analyst

Chelsea Evenstad has achieved board certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst. She is also licensed by the North Dakota Board of Psychologist Examiners as a behavior analyst.

Evenstad has been employed by the North Dakota Autism Center in Fargo for more than three years and is currently the program director for the AuSome Kids Early Intervention Program.

She earned a masters degree in applied behavior analysis and autism from Sage Colleges, Troy, N.Y.

Northwestern agents earn designations

Several area Northwestern Mutual agents have earned various designations and certifications.

They include:

Neil Van Dam, Fargo, has been awarded the chartered life underwriter designation and Patrick Gores, Caroline Brorby and Jeremy Ripperger, Fargo, have each earned the chartered adviser for senior living designation, all from the American College of Brynn Mawr, Pa., the nations leading educator of professionals in the financial services industry.

Lisa Hopperstad, Moorhead, has been authorized by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards to use the CFP and CFP with flame logo certification marks in accordance with CFP board certification requirements.
