Fargo police to launch anti-texting campaignFARGO – The Fargo Police Department will host a kickoff event for the “Eyes Forward” campaign from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the West Acres food court.
The focus of the initiative, sponsored in part by the Fargo Police Department, Essentia Health and Forum Communications, is to help residents stop texting and driving.
Attendees will receive either a lanyard or a window cling for taking the pledge to keep their eyes forward.
The campaign will also be visible at local schools, community events, local businesses and more. The goal is to secure 10,000 pledge takers.
