Science, Religion and Lunch seminarsFARGO – Two Science, Religion and Lunch seminars are slated for late February and early March at North Dakota State University.
Mark Gealy will present “News from the Universe: Why Cosmology is No Longer the Laughingstock of Science” at noon on Tuesday in Room 107 of Ladd Hall.
Davis Cope, Darrel Lindensmith, Ken Koehler and Steve Travers will be panelists on March 5 for “Evolution, Intelligent Design and the Nature of Science: A Panel Discussion.” The discussion will be in the Arikara room of the Memorial Union.
The ongoing seminars are free, informal, open to the public and dedicated to controversial issues in science and religion.
Speakers are limited to 40 minutes to ensure 20 minutes for discussion.
