Senior Crimestoppers presentation planned
ARTHUR, N.D. – The Senior Housing Crime Prevention Foundation and First International Bank & Trust will sponsor a Senior Crimestoppers program presentation at 10 a.m. Monday at the Good Samaritan Society, 150 County Road 34.
Senior Crimestoppers is a program for nursing homes and assisted-living facilities designed to prevent crimes against seniors. Some of the program’s initiatives include providing personal lockboxes for seniors, cash rewards for information about crimes, and ongoing education and training for nursing home staff and residents.
