GRAND FORKS — Three North Dakota men have pleaded guilty to selling methamphetamine.

Fulton Merrick Jr., Garrick Mini and Rayone Sherman are each charged in federal court with distribution of a controlled substance.

Authorities say all the incidents occurred between May and August of 2011 on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

Sentencing for the three men has not been scheduled.
