Newman, Bulldogs rout MSUM women

DULUTH, Minn. – Katrina Newman paced the Minnesota-Duluth with 28 points, nine rebounds, and eight steals during a 54-50 victory over Minnesota State University Moorhead in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference women’s basketball on Saturday.

Haley Thomforde led the Dragons (14-10, 11-9 NSIC) with a double-double, recording 15 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.
