Letter: Trucker husband is truly heroic

My husband is truly heroic. He is a semi-truck driver and thinks about everyone else before himself. In the midst of this horrific weather, he has reached out to help someone else.

He was driving on U.S. Highway 10 heading to Fargo from Wadena, Minn., and saw that an ambulance was trying to get to the hospital. The plow truck that was in front of the ambulance went into the ditch. My husband, being the amazing man that he is, got on his CB and asked the ambulance driver if he wanted to follow him and he would clear a path. And he did. He got him within two blocks of the hospital. He may have just saved the patient’s life.

I thought this act of bravery and kindness should be recognized.
