Chase and shooting in Minot leads to chargesMINOT, N.D. — A car chase and shooting in Minot over the weekend has led to several charges against three people.
Police say 19-year-old Stephen Brewer was chased early Saturday by a vehicle containing the three suspects, and that a bullet went through his windshield and struck him below his left eye. The injury was not life-threatening.
The Minot Daily News reports that 19-year-old Nathan Schlosser is charged with attempted murder, terrorizing and reckless endangerment. Eighteen-year-old Tegan Lamotte is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, terrorizing and reckless endangerment. Nineteen-year-old Kayla Wright is charged with terrorizing.
Schlosser's lawyer, Jeff McCabe, says the situation is unfortunate, but as facts come out they will shed light on the case.
Lamotte's attorney did not respond to a message. Wright did not have a lawyer listed.
