South volleyball coach Andrea Harmon resignsFARGO – Andrea Harmon resigned from her position as the Fargo South volleyball coach on Friday.
Harmon’s resignation letter cited personal and family reasons for her stepping down.
Fargo South activities director Cory Lehman confirmed Harmon’s resignation and said the position will be opened first to internal candidates. The job will be posted externally if no internal candidates are found.
Harmon compiled a 14-49 record in her two seasons as head coach of the Bruins.
Harmon is the third metro volleyball coach to either resign or retire in the last two months.
Fargo North head coach Jerry Daily retired last week and Fargo Davies head coach Heather Stuberg resigned last December.
