Erica Bluhm, an occupational therapist, has joined Pediatric Therapy Partners, 3060 Frontier Way S., Fargo.
Bluhm earned a masters degree in occupational therapy from the College of St. Scholastica, Duluth, Minn.
She has been involved in health care since 2008 and has had experience in home care at Heartland PCA as well as at Interim HealthCare, Duluth.
Bank hires Olivia Skari as customer service rep
Northwestern Bank has hired Olivia Skari as a customer service representative at the Moorhead location.
She is attending Concordia College.
Christine Martin joins Catholic Charities staff
Christine Martin has joined Catholic Charities in Fargo as director of the Adults Adopting Special Kids program.
Martin earned a bachelors degree in Australia and graduated from Iowa State University, Ames, with a bachelors degree in psychology. She earned a masters degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Martin previously was a social worker supervisor with PATH ND Inc.
Two promoted at Bell State Bank and Trust
Chad Jaroszewski has been promoted to cash management services manager and Denise Holm to cash management services team lead, both at Bell State Bank and Trust, 3100 13th Ave. S., Fargo.
Jaroszewski, originally from Perham, Minn., earned a bachelors degree in business and office administration from Concordia College and has been in the banking field for 12 years. He started his career at Wells Fargo and joined Bell State Bank in 2007 and previously was a cash management specialist.
Holm is a native of Leeds, N.D., and attended North Dakota State University. She earned certification in principles of banking sponsored by the American Institute of Banking. She has worked in the banking field for 28 years and previously worked for 18 years at Alerus Financial. She joined Bell State Bank in 2007 and previously served as a cash management specialist.
Cornerstone Bank promotes 4 employees
Cornerstone Bank, Fargo, has promoted Sarah Guthmiller to mortgage loan processor, Carmen Rohr to compliance officer, and Lynette Grove and Erica Melland to operations assistants II.
Guthmiller has been with Cornerstone Bank since 2007, Rohr and Melland joined the bank in 2010 and Grove has been with the bank since 2009.

David H. Hahn joins Northern Crops Institute
David H. Hahn has been named director of technical and business development at the Northern Crops Institute, Fargo.
Hahn has more than 30 years of experience in research, manufacturing, product development and technical support at several American food companies.
He was instrumental in introducing many new food products, including Natures Own Brand 100 Percent Whole Grain Bread and Sandwich Rounds, Healthy Harvest Pasta and Ronzoni Smart Taste Pasta. He began his career with Hershey Foods Corp., where he worked in product development and was a senior staff scientist for the pasta and grocery group of Hershey Foods.
In 1999, New World Pasta Co. purchased Hershey Pasta Group, and Hahn became director of research and technical service for New World Pasta until 2008.
He was vice president of research and development product innovation for Flowers Foods from 2008 to 2011 and most recently was a consultant for Doherty Food Advisory, Thomasville, Ga.
Hahn earned a masters degree and doctorate in food science from A&M University, College Station, Texas.
Butler hires Jacobson as service technician

Jacobson earn an associate degree in diesel technology at North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton. He was a locomotive mechanic for four years before moving into the agriculture industry at John Deere.
