Pickup driver uninjured after rollover blocks traffic on I-94 bridgeFARGO – The driver of a pickup escaped injury after losing control of the vehicle on the icy Red River Bridge today on Interstate 94 and rolling it, blocking the right lane of westbound traffic, the North Dakota Highway Patrol reported.
The pickup struck the concrete bridge railing, then rolled and came to rest on its roof, the patrol stated in a news release.
The driver, Seth Maas, 22, of Ortonville, Minn., was cited for care required, the release stated. The pickup was a total loss.
The crash happened at about 11:05 a.m.
