Salute to Senior Service seeking area nominees

FARGO – Home Instead Inc., the franchisor of the Home Instead Senior Care network, is seeking nominees for its Salute to Senior Service Program, which honors the contributions of adults age 65 and older who volunteer at least 15 hours a month.

Nominations will be accepted starting Friday through March. State winners will be selected by popular vote at www.SalutetoSeniorService.com. From the state winners, a panel of senior care experts will pick the national honoree.

Home Instead will donate $500 to each of the state winners’ favorite nonprofit organization; $5,000 will be donated to the national winner’s nonprofit charity of choice. The local Home Instead office is owned by Arlette Preston and serves Cass and Richland counties in North Dakota and Becker, Clay, Douglas, Hubbard, Mahnomen, Norman, Otter Tail and Wilkin counties in Minnesota.
