ND woman pleads guilty to negligent homicide in crashBISMARCK — A Golden Valley woman has pleaded guilty to negligent homicide in a fatal July 2011 crash and been given a suspended sentence.
The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/VPv1ns ) that Memory Bell will serve no prison time if she successfully completes two years of supervised probation.
Authorities said Bell's driver's license was suspended and she was distracted by adjusting the radio at the time her vehicle struck that of 23-year-old Tyler Holder on a county road, killing the Beulah man.
