Xtreme Measures offering mother-daughter yogaFARGO – Starting at 1 p.m. today, mothers and daughters can practice their sun salutations and downward dogs together.
The “Believe in She” class, designed for 8- to 13-year-old girls and their moms, incorporates yoga, open conversation and journaling on topics such as body image, bullying, stress and social media.
The program, held at Fargo’s Xtreme Measures Women’s Health & Fitness, costs $130 per person or $260 per mother-daughter pair. The fee includes art materials for an art project that will close each 90-minute session.
