Brite-Way Window Cleaning, Fargo, has donated $250 to River Keepers. The nonprofit group will use the funds to purchase a new boat motor.
F-M Area Foundation awarded Bush grant
The Bush Foundation has awarded the Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation a $100,000 grant for a collaborative project to increase philanthropy in North Dakota.
The Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation, Community Foundation of Grand Forks and East Grand Forks, the Devils Lake Area Foundation, the Minot Area Community Foundation and the North Dakota Community Foundation are working collaboratively on the project.
The grant will allow the foundations, in consultation with a local marketing firm, to develop and implement an awareness campaign to increase residents understanding of endowment funds and awareness of the North Dakota charitable income tax credit.
West Fargo ROTC receives endowment
The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Midway USA Foundation and the Scholastic Shooting Trust Fund has awarded a $10,000 endowment to the West Fargo High School ROTC program.
The funds will help improve the ROTC shooting program at the school.
High Point Networks donates to nonprofits
Employees at High Point Networks, West Fargo, contributed $21,250 to more than 20 charities, foundations and nonprofit organizations through its Pay It Forward employee/employer matching contribution program.
