Concordia women use big half in comeback win

NORTHFIELD, Minn. – Emily Thesing scored 16 points to help lead Concordia to a 61-59 come-from-behind victory against St. Olaf in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women’s basketball Wednesday.

The Cobbers (6-3 overall, 5-1 MIAC) were behind 41-18 at halftime, but stormed back in the second half, outscoring St. Olaf (3-6, 1-5) 43-18.

Tricia Sorensen and Alley Fisher each added 12 points for Concordia.
