David L. Halvorson of the Halvorson Co., and Timothy G. Richard of the Serkland Law Firm, both in Fargo, attended the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils annual conference in November in Florida.
The conference featured advanced continuing education by nationally-recognized speakers with topics that were pertinent to various estate planning professions and disciplines.
Speech pathologist attends dyslexia seminar
Janette Venaas-Gilbraith, a speech coordinator and speech-language pathologist at Pediatric Therapy Partners, Fargo, recently attended a Dyslexia: Identification and Treatment conference that focused on effective methods of learning for individuals with dyslexia.
Advisers attend Account Executive College
MacDalton Berns and Brian Meckler, marketing advisers with Absolute Marketing Group, Moorhead, attended an Account Executive College in Chicago in October where they earned certification in account management.
Seminar topics included strategic planning, research methodology determination and workflow process improvement.
Okke earns certification from Hunter Douglas
