Berger joins Noridian Administrative Services

Jami Berger has joined Noridian Administrative Services in Fargo as director of care and delivery management products.

She previously worked as director of ambulatory services at Essentia Health, Fargo.

Berger originally joined Noridian Mutual Insurance Co. as manager of the quality management program in medical management and was promoted to durable medical equipment operations manager and director of medical quality.

She grew up in Fertile, Minn., and earned a bachelors degree in nursing from North Dakota State University and a masters degree in business administration from the University of Mary.

Three new hires at RDO Equipment in Fargo

RDO Equipment Co. has hired Heidi Berogan as internal audit manager, Keith Hartwig as an information technology service desk specialist and Staci Lee as safety generalist.

All will work in the field support office in Fargo.

Berogan previously worked at Montana Dakota Utilities Resource Group as an internal auditor, financial analyst and most recently as the corporations Sarbanes-Oxley coordinator. She also worked for five years in Washington, D.C., in corporate accounting with an international IT consulting firm. She is a licensed certified public accountant and earned a bachelors degree in accountancy from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.

Hartwig graduated from Valley City (N.D.) State University with a degree in computer information systems. He previously worked as a support engineer at VMC Consulting and as a solutions specialist at Nexus Innovations.

Lee previously worked as a quality assurance manager at ADM Milling, Chattanooga, Tenn., and was the lab manager and safety compliance officer for the Northern Crops Institute at North Dakota State University. A graduate of NDSU, she most recently was the safety coordinator for the North Dakota Farm Bureau.

Rutter-Kane promoted to assistant store leader

Scheels Home and Hardware, Fargo, has promoted Jayne Rutter-Kane to assistant store leader.

Rutter-Kane owned and operated a child care facility for 27 years before joining Scheels Home and Hardware as a home dcor specialist in 2006.

Three promoted at Heartland Trust Co.

Heartland Trust Co., Fargo, has promoted Neil Jordheim to executive vice president and Sheryl Bernier to vice president. Diane Sandven also received a promotion and continues to work as a trust administrator.

Jordheim has been with Heartland Trust for 18 years. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University.

Bernier worked for American Bank and Trust for eight years before joining Heartland Trust in 1990.

Sandven has been with Heartland Trust since 2004, and previously worked for seven years in the trust department at a major national bank. She is a graduate of Concordia College.

Urology specialist joins Essentia in Fargo

Dr. Farhan Khan, a urologist, has joined Essentia Healths 32nd Avenue Clinic in Fargo.

Khans special interests include endourology, robotic surgeries and minimally invasive surgeries.

Khan earned his medical degree from the J.J.M. Medical College, Davangere, India. He served residencies in general surgery and urology at the University of California-Irvine Medical Center.

Therapy facility hires office assistant

Rachel Brophy has joined Pediatric Therapy Partners, 3060 Frontier Way S., Fargo, as an office assistant.

Brophy received a bachelors degree in elementary education from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She previously taught second grade in Houston.

Deutsch named GM of new Fargo Sleep Inn

Brandi Deutsch has been hired as the general manager of the Sleep Inn and Suites, Fargo, which will open in February. The hotel is owned by Northridge Hospitality Management, Grand Forks.

Deutsch has more than eight years of sales experience and three years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is a graduate of North Dakota State University, and she previously was director of sales at Mainstay Suites, Fargo.

Gate City promotes Warner, hires DelZoppo

Gate City Bank, Fargo, has promoted Kevin Warner to business lending manager and has hired Eric DelZoppo as a business lending development officer.

Warner has been employed at Gate City Bank for 10 years and has been an underwriter for personal and business lending. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University.

DelZoppo has five years of banking experience and has been a credit analyst and commercial loan officer. He is a graduate of St. Cloud (Minn.) State University.

Wilson joins accounting firms Fargo office

April Wilson has joined Fiebiger, Swanson, West and Co. as a staff accountant in the firms Fargo office.

Wilson graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, with a bachelors degree in accountancy and international business. She previously worked for a certified public accounting firm in Williston, N.D.
