West Fargo window plant swaps products with sister plant in Virginia

WEST FARGO – The production lines at an Infinity by Marvin Windows plant here will switch products with a similar plant in Roanoke, Va.

John Kirchner, public relations manager for Marvin Windows, said the production lines will make a swap, but the West Fargo plant will not be closing and no jobs will be lost.

“So it’s just a realignment of manufacturing,” Kirch-ner said.

About 90 employees work at the West Fargo Infinity plant, Kirchner said.

Infinity by Marvin is a line of fiberglass replacement windows and patio doors.

Marvin Windows, based in Warroad, Minn., also operates Integrity Windows plants in West Fargo and Fargo, and Tecton, with a fiberglass manufacturing facility in Fargo and one in Grafton.
