Travel alert lifted in North Dakota, South DakotaFARGO – A travel alert stretching across North Dakota has been lifted.
However, the state Department of Transportation and North Dakota Highway Patrol ask motorists to remain careful and alert as there may be some areas of scattered ice and snow on roads.
South Dakota Department of Transportation officials have announced that Interstate 90 is now open and Interstate 29 between Sisseton and Watertown is open. I-29 between Watertown and Sioux Falls is expected to remain closed until weather conditions improve and crews are able to open the roadway on Monday morning.
