Bison have a touchdown lead at halftime of FCS quarterfinalsFARGO – No. 1-ranked North Dakota State had a 14-7 halftime lead against No. 9-ranked Wofford in the Division I Football Championship Subdivision quarterfinals at the Fargodome.
The Bison regained the lead late in the first half after junior quarterback Brock Jensen tossed a 16-yard touchdown pass to Zach Vraa with 1 minute, 2 seconds remaining in the second quarter.
The Bison scored on their first drive on the game, ending with a 1-yard Sam Ojuri touchdown run.
The Terriers had a 35-yard interception return for a touchdown that tied the game at 7-7 with 14:06 to play in the second quarter.
The winner of this game will face Georgia Southern, which beat Old Dominion 49-35.
