Wealth adviser earns CLU designation

Shad Connor, a wealth adviser for Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Fargo, has earned the chartered life underwriter designation from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pa.

Candidates for the designation must complete eight courses and 16 hours of supervised examinations and fulfill experience and ethics requirements.

Asche invited to attend investment forum

Steve Asche, Fargo, a wealth adviser with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, recently attended an investment forum where he learned about the latest trends from investment leaders, portfolio managers, analysts and product experts.

He was invited to attend the forum after achieving selected sales production goals.

Interventionists attend feeding disorder course

Dani Buggert, early interventionist, and Megan Hauck, occupational therapist/early interventionist at Early Intervention Partners, Fargo, recently attended Practical Strategies for Treating Complex Pediatric Feeding Disorders Treating the Whole Child, sponsored by Education Resources Inc.

The workshop focused on children with complex feeding disorders and holistic treatment approaches for common feeding disorders including tube dependency, lack of autonomy, eating patterns, inability to regulate hunger and difficulty transitioning to table foods.
