Cut line downs telephone service to more than 300 Cass County homesFARGO – Telephone services have been temporarily lost to many rural communities just outside of Fargo after a phone line was cut on Tuesday afternoon.
About 318 customers in Arthur, Buffalo, Casselton, Hunter and Leonard have lost telephone landline services, the Red River Regional Dispatch Center said in a news release.
Technicians were on site around 2 p.m. Tuesday, and the outage could continue into the evening hours, the release said.
Those affected by the outage can still use cell phones to dial 911, the release said.
