Two men injured in Casselton rollover

CASSELTON, N.D. – Two Fargo men were injured – one of whom was later arrested for driving under the influence – in a rollover accident near here Saturday.

According to North Dakota Highway Patrol Sgt. Troy Hischer, the accident occurred around 3:30 p.m. Saturday on Highway 18 north of Casselton. A vehicle being driven by 39-year-old Juan Vargas-Lamas rolled after leaving the highway, ejecting Vargas-Lamas from the car.

Vargas-Lamas and 32-year-old Genaro Vargas, Vargas-Lamas’ brother and a passenger in the vehicle, were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injur-ies, Hischer said.

Vargas-Lamas was later arrested for DUI.
