Cass County felonies

For the period of Oct. 9 to Nov. 1 (* denotes a felony conviction that will become a misdemeanor by disposition if probation is successfully completed; ** denotes a deferred imposition, which means the conviction may be removed from their record if they successfully complete probation):

* Gary Mark Short, 36, Belcourt, N.D., theft of property, $525 fines and fees, one year jail with 245 days suspended, supervised probation for one year.

* Marc Stephen Singleton, 33, Maryville, Tenn., theft of property, two counts, $525 fines and fees, one year jail with 335 days suspended, concurrent with both counts.

Adam Joseph Smith, 24, Otsego, Minn., manufacture, deliver or possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver, $1,000 fines and fees, two years prison with one year and 350 days suspended, supervised probation for two years.

* Nathan Ryan Smith, 29, Fargo, possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fines and fees, one year jail, supervised probation for 18 months.

** Jared D. Smolen, 25, Fargo, possession of a controlled substance, $500 fines and fees, supervised probation for 18 months, deferred imposition for 18 months.

Derrick Arthur St. Claire, 26, Dilworth, burglary, $525 fees waived, 18 months prison.

Kevin Roger Tegtmeier, 60, West Fargo, Driving under the influence, $1,525 fines and fees with $125 waived, four years prison.

* Kevin Lynn Thomas, 34, West Fargo, possession of drug paraphernalia, $525 fines and fees, one year jail with 360 days suspended, supervised probation for one year.

* Keith Alfred Tomahawk Jr., 29, Fargo, escape, $500 fees waived, 60 days jail.
