Dance-Fit raises funds for Christmas WishFARGO – A spin on “Dancing with the Stars” using local personalities and business owners set for tonight will raise money for the Christmas Wish Program.
The event, “Dance-Fit with the Stars” will be held at Cadillac Ranch at The Hub. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. with dancing set to start at 7:30.
Members of the business community, including Mike Rehder of Johnson Brothers Liquor; Jodi Ellingson, owner of Hair Success; and Curt Murchie, vice president of U.S. Bank, will lead a Dance-fit class along with Amanda Lea of Froggy 99.9, Rodger Nichols of Front Fenders, SheSays columnist Nicole Phillips, and Gunner, on Afternoons on Q98.
Audience members will get to dance and vote on the best leader of the night.
All proceeds go to the Christmas Wish Program, which helps Red River Valley families in need of assistance due to illness, layoffs or disaster.
