Sexual integrity expert to speak at luncheonFARGO – What is “true beauty”? Nationally recognized relationship and human sexuality speaker Carrie Abbott will present “True Beauty: The Power of Being a Woman” at noon Monday at Bethel Church, 2702 30th Ave. S.
Abbott is president and founder of The Legacy Institute. The institute’s mission is “to deliver educational resources that empower people to be whole in a sexually broken culture,” according to its website. Abbott has 23 years of teaching experience. She speaks about the road to sexual integrity.
In addition to the luncheon Monday, Abbott will speak at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Salem Evangelical Free Church, 1111 30th Ave. S. in Moorhead, and Monday at St. Joseph’s, 218 S. 10th St.
Abbott will address parents and junior and senior high students at Salem Evangelical. She will empower parents and challenge teens to reflect God’s image in their own lives and relationships after they hear her message.
Tickets to the Monday luncheon at Bethel cost $10 and include lunch.
