Ueland named All Stars tutoring coordinator
Jessica Ueland has joined CHARISM, Fargo, as the All Stars tutoring program coordinator.
Ueland has a bachelors degree from the University of Northern Iowa. She was previously a program coordinator for two-parent education programs at the Family and Childrens Council, Waterloo, Iowa.
BCBS names vendor management manager
Chad Ostby has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota as manager of vendor management in the enterprise planning and technology services division.
Ostby previously worked as a strategic sourcing manager at Otter Tail Corp., Fargo. He grew up in West Fargo and earned a bachelors degree in social sciences from North Dakota State University.

Katie White has joined Joni Salon and Spa, 111 4th St. S., Moorhead, as an independent stylist.

Rustad named director at business school
Minnesota School of Business and Globe University have named Melinda Rustad campus director in Moorhead.
Rustad, a Fosston, Minn., native, has spent the last two years as dean of faculty at the Moorhead campus. She has a bachelors degree in English/secondary education from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a masters degree in educa-tion/library sciences from Valley City (N.D.) State University. She is pursuing a doctorate degree in educational leadership from Creighton University.

Bank promotes Richard to managing director
U.S. Bank has promoted Susan Richard to managing director in its Private Client Group trust department.
Richard started her career with U.S. Bank in 1990 in the wealth management area and later moved into the personal trust business at the bank, where she has since been a relationship manager.
Richard worked for Ameriprise Financial for three years before joining U.S. Bank.
Lakeland adds Schueller to day treatment team

Schueller earned a bachelors degree in criminal justice at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He previously worked as a program coordinator at Solutions in Moorhead.

Two workers promoted at Discovery Benefits

Johnson has worked in the claims department at Discovery Benefits since 2007 as an adjudicator, task coordinator, quality analyst and most recently as a team lead. She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Seminary to head business development
Mike Seminary has joined Houston Engineering, Fargo, as business development manager.
Seminary is a native of Fargo and graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelors degree in business administration. He has more than 30 years of business development and client relations experience.
He previously worked at Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson Engineering in the same capacity.
United Blood Services names regional director
United Blood Services has named Andrea Hatle as regional director of center operations for the Dakotas region.
Hatle will oversee the blood center daily operations and work directly with regional directors in donor recruitment and care, laboratory and hospital services. She will also manage the Fargo blood center, which serves as the regional headquarters for the Dakotas.
Hatle has a masters degree in strategic leadership and a bachelors degree in business management. She has more than 18 years of experience in the blood banking industry.
McCord joins Absolute Marketing as adviser
Wendy A. McCord has joined Absolute Marketing Group in Moorhead as a marketing adviser.
McCord has extensive experience in sales and marketing, and previously was an account executive at Results Unlimited and an account manager and public relations specialist at H2M, both in Fargo.
McCord studied business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and previously taught technical writing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
