Baseball cards stolen from antique mallMOORHEAD – Police are investigating a burglary Tuesday morning at the Moorhead Antique Mall.
Officers responded to a broken-glass alarm at 3:54 a.m. at the business at 2811 Main Ave. SE, near the intersection of Interstate 94 and old Highway 52, Sgt. Toby Krone said.
Police said Tuesday they had no suspect information to release. Several antique baseball cards were stolen, including those depicting Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris. A mall owner said the owner of the stolen cards estimated they are worth about $5,000.
“We can assume they probably knew what they were going after,” said Lt. Tory Jacobson.
